What's so special about the Bellwether Roaster?

The Bellwether Coffee roaster is the most sustainable coffee roaster in the world. To ensure the lowest carbon coffee possible, all of our coffee is sustainably roasted on an all electric, ventless, automatic coffee roaster that uses clean technology, eliminating  gas lines or expensive ventilation to roast coffee. The Bellwether Roaster is the most consistent and controllable roaster on the market, creating the perfect roast every time

Can I buy Poet Coffee in physical stores?

Poet Coffee is available exclusively on our site, but stay tuned for retail opportunities in the future! Be sure to opt into our newsletter to stay in the loop.

How many servings does a 10oz coffee bag make?

Each 10oz bag of Poet coffee will brew ~18 cups of coffee. Need more servings? Check out our 2lb bulk bag!

How do I check the status of my order?

You will automatically receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number/link. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Can I update or cancel my order once it is placed?

Yes, as long as your order is still processing and has not yet shipped. Please email customerservice@mainfactor.com as soon as possible with “Urgent – Cancel/Update Order” in the subject line for help. Please note we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been placed as our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, however, our team will do our best to accommodate!

Can I modify the frequency of my subscription?

You can modify the frequency of your subscription (deliveries every 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks) anytime by logging into your account here. Once you login, follow these steps: 

- Click on “Manage Subscriptions” which will take you to a page showing your current subscription

- Click “Manage Subscription” on the right hand side 

- Click “Delivery Schedule” on the left hand side, selecting the frequency you prefer

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account here. Once you login, follow these steps: 

- Click on “Manage Subscriptions” which will take you to a page showing your current subscription

- Click “Manage Subscription” on the right hand side 

- At the bottom of the page, click “Cancel Subscription”

How can I skip a shipment if I am subscribed?

You can skip any shipment by logging into your account here. Once you login, follow these steps: 

- Click on “Manage Subscriptions” which will take you to a page showing your current subscription

- Click “Manage Subscription” on the right hand side 

- On the left hand side of the page, click “Skip Shipment”

*You can postpone your shipment to a specific later date by emailing us at hello@poetcoffee.com.

When will I be charged for my subscription and when will it arrive?

To maintain the quality of our roast, subscription orders are processed each Wednesday. Your coffee will be roasted and shipped each Thursday, for delivery within a week of roasting for maximum freshness.

Merchandise is shipped separately, and orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours or purchase!

Where does Poet Coffee ship?

We are currently shipping coffee and merchandise to all 50 states and Canada, and hope to expand to additional international locations in the future! 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Poet is currently roasting coffee once a week on Wednesdays. We do this to ensure we roast in small batches for peak freshness! The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted, and typically arrives within a week of roasting.

How can I edit my shipping address?

Please contact customerservice@mainfactor.com with “urgent – address change” in the subject line. Please note we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been placed, however, our team will do our best to accommodate! To change the shipping address on your coffee subscription, you can update your shipping address anytime by logging into your account here and clicking on “Manage Subscriptions”

How much does shipping cost?

All fresh-roasted coffee ships anywhere in the US for flat rate shipping of $5. Merchandise orders are charged standard US shipping by weight and destination. All orders over $45 dollars receive free shipping. 

How do I track my order?

You will automatically receive a tracking number by email when your order ships from our warehouse. This email is sent to the email address that was used to place your order. Please note, coffee and merchandise ship from two separate locations in order for us to deliver the freshest coffee possible. If you order both coffee and merchandise, you will receive separate tracking confirmations! Please reach out to customerservice@mainfactor.com with any questions or concerns!

Returns and Refunds

What is your refund policy?

We believe this is the most delicious, highest quality coffee on the market. If for any reason you don’t love it, we’ll refund your money – no questions asked. Just reach out to us at customerservice@mainfactor.com.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

We process refunds within 24 hours of your request. Please note refunds can take up to a week to post back to your account. Thank you for your patience!

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Oh no! We are so sorry. Please email us at customerservice@mainfactor.com and we will fix it right away!
