To maintain the quality of our roast, Poet Coffee roasts twice a week in small batches. Your coffee will be roasted and shipped on Tuesday or Thursday of each week, and delivered within a week of roasting for peak freshness.

If you place an order with both coffee and merchandise, these will be fulfilled separately to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible. You will receive two shipping confirmations when merchandise and coffee are en route to your doorstep.
